Error Code	Cause	Solution
E01	Input voltage is lower than 175V	Ensure that the machine is used at rated voltage(AC 220 V)
E02	There is air in the water pump Water flow less than 1.5L per minute The water in the water tank is less than the lowest value Water temperature is too high(higher than 60 ℃） Water flow sensor failure	Drain the pump air. Add water to above the water level. Drain the hot water of the water tank, and then add cold water. Clean the water flow sensor or replace a new one
E12	Water flow less than 1.5L when turned on for the first time	Drain the pump air. Add water to above the water level.
E03	The power tube overheating	Improve the main unit ventilation environment
E04	Overload	Appropriate increase the distance of the heating sensor from the bottle
E05	Heating sensor disengagement	Check the heating sensor connection
E06	Overcurrent or other faults Heating sensor faults	Please refer to items 4 and 6 above Repair the heating sensor
